Miranda Lambert Responds to Ex Husband Blake Shelton Rumors

Miranda Lambert is opening up about her new album 'Postcards from Texas' and a song on the record that is seemingly about her split from ex husband Blake Shelton.

Miranda is a story teller doesn’t matter if it’s her past or present. It’s a song. Those songs are the most real and they hurt and they are beautiful. Just like Masterpiece of the Pistol Annies album. That was also an oldie. Would’ve been wasted if that was never released. Just like run.

This is just my opinion. When Miranda and Blake were married. They both did some wrongs. We dont know what happened behind close doors without cameras around. But since their divorce. They have both moved on. They have both found someone else. Their both happy and more. If they wanna write songs about one another thats their choice. Or they may not be writing songs about one another. Regardless if they are or aren't its their choice. Both are good singers and have good music. I wish them both lots of happiness. Again this is just my opinion. U can agree or disagree.

She said in an interview that it was an apology. This album is supposed to reflect her journey and going back to her roots. She spent 10 years with Blake so I am sure there is some influence there. It was her husband that gave her the courage to put it on the record.

I have watched Miranda from the beginning of her journey. I’m a fan of hers. I was very happy for her when she found happiness again🥰 as an icon( which she is) I also admire her for just being herself. That’s why she’s as successful in her song writing and singing 🎶 as an older lady and straightforward person, I will say she’s smiling all the way to the bank 😊when I think I’ve heard her best she comes out with another song …she’s very talented. Naysayers are just jealous 🤓 as for Blake, I like his songs but as a mom of sons, I watched the job in Hollywood take over his life … if u look at the history, he was a good ole cowboy who became mesmerized in spite of himself. It seemed to me Miranda grew tired of being the 75% of the give … it was sad for their fans… but it’s a long time ago … that is correct…but very grievous to them and therefore shaped who they are now. I say kudos to Miranda 🎉look at her now❣️😉

Go back and listen to Blake’s Album “ If I’m Honest”. The songs, Bet You Still About Me, She’s Got A Way With Words, Every Time I Hear That Song and Came Here To Forget. He laid it out there as it happened. Didn’t wait 10 years. I do like Run though.
