I actually really liked (and still do) Wrath Of Cortex, for the most part i fought the coolest thing about the game was its variety in levels, which for you seems to be the reason you don't like it

I still love this game. It was actually the first Crash Bandicoot game ever played so it holds a lot of nostalgic value in me. It feels a little different than some of the other games, has a pretty interesting story, and I love the soundtrack. Yes, it's a pretty odd game but in my opinion, I love this game and I miss playing it.

I might be alone here, but as much as I hate ICE PHYSICS, I absolutely love levels based on Snow and Ice. And considering that there was almost no Ice and more snow in the first Level it was also one of my favorites. So I'm on the complete opposite site there. Also this was my first crash game, so there's still a lot of nostalgia for me that makes it not as bad. But I can see the complaint points here

What I can appreciate about this game is that it brought Crunch to Crash and he is literally the best thing about Crash Tag Team Racing

GUYS, I just noticed something mind blowing.

the fire elemental mask in this game is voiced by Mark Hamil, who was also the voice of firelord Ozai, ruler of the fire nation in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

both this game and that show had Mark Hamil playing a fire themed character!
