There is a product available that will allow your furnace to operate in a restricted intake air condition. It is a combustion air modulator and is installed near the furnace on the intake air pipe.

Does the fresh air intake have to be external to the house? And should the exhaust be straight out or have a 90 degree elbow and a length of pipe attached?
