5 Things to Prove Contempt of Court

Показать описание
CONTEMPT OF COURT is a claim for failure to obey a court order.
Contempt allegations are serious and should not be made unless the violation is serious.
How do I prove contempt?
You must show the court all these:
📍 A valid court order
📍 The other person knows about the court order
📍 The facts show a plain and willful violation of the order
📍 The other person has been notified of the contempt hearing and their right to be heard
📍 Contempt is an appropriate remedy for the violation
There are other case elements if CONTEMPT is for a parenting plan violation and a family law attorney is the best person to get advice from.
