Fun fact: You can get extra BBs from James regardless of whether or not you used them all up, and you can get enough BBs to then knock out Jones and your father. The fun part is when you knock them out and then get your picture taken by two unconcsious adults and fast forward to 16 years of age. I'm pretty sure this was never patched, and I always do it as my new character ritual when I boot it up from time to time.

In Fallout 3, if you find the unidentified flying debris random encounter, you can use Dogmeat to find the unique alien blaster firelance and multiple cartridges of ammo for it. Searching for the gun and ammo alone can prove quite difficult especially if you dont exactly know what just happened.

Video suggestion: the little-known magic 8 ball from Fallout 2. It's found in the Shark Club on the pool table on the second floor, and it will give you clues if you use it with a luck of 8 or 9. For example, it will tell you the password to the Vault 8 computer.
