This is super simple for anyone to do, and it does make a huge difference in the sound!

Never start at the top when removing the door panel, it can damage the lip you are referring to. Start at the bottom after removing all screws and pulling the panel away to release all the retaining clips but you still did a great job installing the speaker.

Hi..It seems like a good tutorial, but I don't understand the choice of two-way speakers, I'm considering putting a woofer there and the tweeter in its place on the upright

Why did you put sticky cushions around front of speakers instructions are showing the back

Nearly everything in this video was done wrong! The foam sticks on the back of the speaker - not the front as shown. The plastic adapter also goes on the back - not on the front. The adapter mounted on the front will impair the surround and speaker basket from moving correctly and eventually burn out the voice coil if it hasn’t done so already.

That install was incorrect.... am I the only one?

If you didn't add a amp, it's still sounds like I have a 2022 Kia K5 GT line. I have to video on I page where I swapped out the door speakers, It didn't help until I added the amp.
