Big whoop. He was suspended for a year and they let him come back in March. They'll let him come back this time. That thug has 49 complaints against him, and still he reigns. Proves Miami doesn't give a shit about it's citizens.

*Javier Ortiz:* I am actually a "Giant Butt Hole" who is suffering. So I punish others for my confusion and self-hatred.

Thanks to Art Acevedo you did your best and thanks for dropping a can of worms about Miami Police Department, hopefully
someone will remove several more officers who does not deserve there job - (Finally the removal process has began Who's Next)

Miami needs to do what others cities have done to get rid of the worst. Pay him to surrender his state law enforcement certificate. yes its terrible to reward cops like him, but the citizens hold responsibility for allowing your legislators to pass the officer bill of rights. Cant fire cops, but we can fire politicians who exempted them from the laws they enforce.

Going into his second year of suspension and still on that ol' payroll slurping up taxpayers wages for nuttin'. To get this fixed they first have to rewire the top end. A firing should be a firing. Tame arbitrators and senile judges should not be able to foist the same bad cops back onto the public streets or into their wallets. If it is paid suspension and the cop is found guilty, that money should be raked back from his union. Then they could start looking at the chiefs and street cops.
