1. SOUTHSIDE STEAKS & CAKES

🥩 THE REALEST CHEESESTEAK: Combine steak and chicken (sautéed with onion and bell peppers), add butter, add homemade special seasoning, place provolone, yellow American and pepper jack cheese. Add banana peppers and mushrooms. Top with secret Texas sauce

🥙 PAMBAZO: Take pambazo bread and warm it on the stove, add guajillo (dry chili) sauce to give it the orange-toned color. Add chorizo and potatoes, lettuce, Cotija cheese and top with sour cream sauce.

🥣 FRUITY PEBBLE PO-BOY: Take wild caught gulf white shrimp and dip in Cajun fruity pebble batter. Deep fry and place four in a hoagie roll. Drizzle with a ranch, sriracha fruity pebble sauce and top with fruity pebbles.

🍩 KRISPY KREME FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH: Take two Krispy Kreme donuts and deep fry them. Take a piece of pickle brined, southern battered chicken breast and deep fry it. Place the fried chicken between the fried donuts and enjoy!

🥜 THE KING (Fried PBBB&J): Take a piece of white bread and spread creamy peanut butter on it. Repeat with a second piece. Then squirt Grape jelly on both pieces of bread. In a stainless steel bowl, mash two bananas. Spread banana on top of the jelly. Place together and deep fry. Cut the PB&J into 4 rectangles and top with bacon bits and powdered sugar.
