How to Avoid Creative BURNOUT

Creative burnout is real. It can really mess with you and cause so many problems. Having a real conversation in this video and changing the tone to talk about burnout, how to avoid it, and I'm sharing 5 things I've learned that will hopefully help you.

Even though I am not a christian the relationship thing is important. I spend a lot of time on my laptop but luckily i am young and live with my mother. I am assured that if i was completely alone i would go insane from just being on the computer all day. Friendships are also important but not meeting up with them during covid makes it more difficult.

Great video! I'm new in music production and have been so overwhelmed learning the software that I've been struggling with the creative side. Was totally expected, but definitely a challenge.

And our current social issues, isolation, etc, are making feeling creative even more difficult.

For me I’ve had to realize where music fits in my life instead of where my life fits into music. I’m an engineer working in sales and have a young family. I enjoy playing out live, but these days have presented an opportunity to learn new things about producing. It’s become a great experience for my kids too. Twinkle twinkle little star has never sounded so good. :)
