This is my experience with Power ride outlet.my daughter who lives across the country and I went in together on buying a scooter so she could commute from two jobs and full time school on something other than rollerblades. I did a bit of research online and found them to have the best scooter for the best price. We ordered the Quantum pro 150cc. I called them set up two PayPal payments 1 from me 1 from my daughter. Happy and excited we waited. Calling from time to time to check the processing and were told all is good just waiting for full assembly and test ride. As I waited for a delivery email I got a call from my daughter in total tears because she called to check up on the delivery and was told they didn’t stock the scooter currently. Time was of the essence because she opens a Starbucks @4am and closes a bar @ 2am and somehow fits collage in between. The kid was falling apart with no sleep and falling grades. I was as helpless and as pissed and I care to remember. I grabbed my phone with a furry and screamed my way to their lead manager Steve. I said\yelled at him that selling me a bike you don’t stock is fraud, telling us all is fine just waiting for test ride was crap and I am pissed to high hell and I want to know what are you going to do to make it better??? He bit right back and said “I’ll just refund your money and you can go somewhere else” now mind you when I am pissed off I am a force to be reckoned with. I must say I was surprised and did admire that he had teeth of his own but I wasn’t going to let him know that. I responded by roaring over the phone that he could give me my money back but that would only make this worse. I would beat him up online and use every penny to sit across a desk with his boss and my lawyer. I was a business owner and when I screw something up I don’t just say “Here is your money back good luck with the next guy I f@#!ing make things better.” He then told me his boss was in china and he could make things better if I would just calm down… well as much as I have dreamed of going to china in the past 20 years bringing my layer isn’t a dream vacation and I just wanted to get my daughter a scooter. We went online together and Steve was trying to get me a scooter that was more expensive and in stock now shipped right away. He explained that needed to ensure the scooter was CA legal and that he could register it he also offered me another more expensive scooter but I didn’t like it because it didn’t have a GY6 type engine. I told I would talk to my daughter and get back to him .the next day I called him a informed him that we wanted to upgrade to the Roma 150 sport bike and knew it was considerable more money and we would send whatever the difference was that we worked out. He told me he could not ship one right away as they were on backorder with 35 on the way and 17 of the already sold but if I could wait and the shipping company didn’t kill him on storage fees at port he would give me a great deal. As I mentioned time WAS of the essence but Steve was trying to make things better and I was starting to believe in his sincerity. He said to call him in 2 weeks or so. 12 days later they tried to contact me via email so I just called Steve. He told me the bike was in and being shipped to my daughter I a couple days NO EXTRA CHARGE. Roma 150 is $1329+$239ship+tax and he registered it!! That is a 25% discount to make things better. The bike was delivered with no problem. She uncrated it, got gas and drove it to school and work that day. I had a shop check it out and change the oil at 200mi just last week all is fine. I am already looking at getting a enduro from him for myself to tool around town and the powerlines nearby. Not that we need another bike in the garage but this guy was more than fair. He understands good customer experiences and has better business ethics than most of the people I deal with day to day. I want to give him my business he was that good to us!!!

yeah right i got mine 3 weeks now when i got it a lot of damage and it wont start kick start will start but the electric wont start i did everything like sending picture all the requirement and u guys told u send me a video never got it and i ask to speak manager they wint let you spoke manager u guys lie customer i have a lot problem with my item i called and called and called still nothing u guys can do

Checking the tires without a air pressure gauge meter lol and just squeeze the tire with your hand after all the bad reviews of powers ride outlet I don't think I don't think I will be purchasing from your website
