Whereas, things like bistro and zepto cafe operate on a different, in-house model

Are Indian startups only limited to food delivery or transportation? All I see is 10 min grocery delivery, 30 min food delivery and bike rides etc.

Which is not possible cause u need to fill up the cart always with more than 3 items to get th things in a good price range (minimum order quantity should be around 150-200 rs ) or else they charge u more for the delivery than the food. And itna koi snacks mein toh nahi khata, i believe only group of people will order in snacks together or people who need decent food somewhere in emergency. That's the only use case, scalability is a challenge and if they do one delivery rider or the cooks will have a miserable life cause of us.
