I think the witch is the raven, like a mimic, "real" witches were thought to turn into animals like cats and birds. Also the effect that Harriet's spray has gives you the drunk blackout effect unlike the mysterious liquid so I wouldn't say they're exactly the same

It's her . The witch's liquid resets your weight when you drink it. If you're over weight or underweight it will return you to perfect weight . Works once, in story mode. Check your player stats.

This is an interesting theory but it is controversial and most likely not true.
In the witches hut, we can see shackles and a human skeleton, hunks of raw meat and an elk skull.
All these are items that Harriet could never endure or accept in her presence, more so voluntarily.
Harriet could be a witch, but she is not the Witch of the Cauldron.

I'm pretty sure the cauldron is full of weight loss tonic, because it also caused a blackout, and the potion in the cauldron drops your weight a bit.

Before I found this I read that the liquid you drink refills all your cores. When I went, my cores were a bit drained and after I woke up they were all full. I don't know if that has to do with sleeping, which does the same thing, or if there's something in the liquid that does it.

I remember in gta when Trevor gets tased I was in rage mode and he didn’t pass out and I killed the guy trying to tase me. Maybe if you drink those drinks that make ur health, stamina, and dead eye gold right before since that’s basically like the rage to where u don’t take damage.

im pretty sure what the liquid does is, reset your weight .. if you check your stats prior to drinking it.. you will notice that after you drink your stats will reset to perfect weight.. so if you were under or over weight it puts you back to perfect weight
