That's actually the first time in years that I saw a realistic skin tone on a miniature. Really really good work Pete !

"without having to kitbash every model" As an Ork player I took this personally.

“I deserve a larger retinue.” Excellent work as always! Please make more Kislevite conversion videos!

Very impressive kitbash!

For an AoS background these would be great for the recent city shown in the Yndraste novel where she aids a mobile city in the Realm of Ghur tundras that moves via a giant sled to escape monsters like the kraken that chases it.

Would be good for a Kislev-like force with cavalier & dark riders to keep the Eurasia fast cavalry flavor and Misthavn rules for extra movement speed for both battle and keeping up with the moving ice city.

Really nice, I’ve loved your kitbashes for a long time. Was a little disappointed the twin-tailed comet wasn’t removed, though.

This made me realise you never see any space marines with blue capes, shame because it looks awesome!

Your sculpting skills are amazing they compliment your painting skill perfectly. That fur and boots look like they have always been part of the miniature. If you have the time, could you please video going into more detail on how to sculpt fur like this? Thank you for another great video.

I think using the red glaze for the flushed cheeks was a great idea- excellent conversion and great paintjob!

While not gonna use The Old World as a reference, I will base them on the city of Edassa, as references in Realmslayer... It's just that, I kinda got a heart for Jordain and they really sounded really cool, especially the Lion-themed stuff they have. I already did some work on some Sisters of Silence to represent them as the Lioness Guard (basically Freeguild Greatswords), so I REALLY want to use that desert/lion theme in them.

That head swap was so simple, but it looks so good. Definitely using blue glaze for stubble from now on. Awesome work as always.

I really love your scientific method narration of 3rd person past tense its really easy to follow as well. Glorious work he came out so fantastic. Its great to see the models from Fantasy, through the lens of the game, come back to the paint table.

Love the video. I have a kit bash idea. It’s a character that’s very close to my heart despite not having tons and tons of lore. But it’s a dark angels character called Balthasar. My uncle got me the dark vengeance kit when I was 11. The reason I got it was because the model of Balthasar just made me instantly love space marines and dark angels. So after seeing his model through a GW store window (at this time id never heard of games workshop or 40K) and the guy at GW told us about 40K and how it all worked etc… and we picked up the box set there and then. We then spent the whole weekend building and painting Balthasar together and still have it to this day. My uncle recently passed away and I have that Balthasar model that I will treasurer forever. However I am trying to figure out how I can make a new primaris scaled version of Balthasar and I was wondering if you could tackle it first so I could get some inspiration

One of my favourites of yours. In comparison of some of your space marine builds, I think not using spray paint makes it look so much nicer.
