If i try to open the ame wizard it doesn't show up when i troubleshoot it the the problem was incompatible program how can i fix it?

I'm planning on doing this, but for windows 10. Currently, I have windows 10 installed, and i have a few games, and apps in here I installed. Would it be possible AND safe to still run the atlasos wizard stuff to install it in my already used windows 10?
