Indicted and convicted are different things. Obviously.

How can you run as president & be a president if elected as a convict, but you cannot vote having a convicted record?

It actually feels good for the American people to not have Trump as president anymore.

Points to ponder, What immunity does a former
president have
This resulted in the collateral appeal Nixon v.
Fitzgerald (1982), in which the U.S. Supreme
Court ruled that a former or current president
was absolutely immune from suit regarding
acts within the "outer perimeter" of his duties,
citing the president's "unique status under the
Constitution". #2 Are former presidents exempt
from prosecution
In the article, he argues that while the
Constitution confers no immunity from
prosecution and civil suits upon presidents
and former presidents, Congress might bestow
such privileges and immunities. #3 What are
the statute of limitations for a sitting president
versus a non-sitting president, based on the
indictment charges.

Americans should be proud of yourselves. The Justice system works. No man above the law. Trump should defend himself and prove that he is worthy of being the next president. My opinion though is he is not trying to be president but rather trying to stay out of prison.
