Great content bhai...but that 1 scoop has only 150kcal, 5eggs has around 400kcal...so cutting mei toh definitely whey protein has another plus.

But while I still can consume 2 scoops of whey protein, I can't possibly eat 10 whole eggs in a day. The right approach is a middle path. A scoop of whey and 5 eggs at the max for serious and intense lifters.

6rs per egg which means 1rs = 1gm of protein eggs are blessing for guy's like me 🔥 and soya chunk is on another level 10 rs 50 gms = 25 gms of protein

You don't need to consume 10 whole eggs, just eat 2 whole eggs and then whites of 8 eggs, so total protein is 5/6×2+3/4×8 = 34/44 {min/max}
And total of 70/78×2+15/18×8 = 260/300 calories {min/max}
Which cost you around - 3/5×10 = 30/50 rs. {Min/max}
It is self to have 2 whole eggs as it contains around 350/370 mg cholesterol (skip if you have high cholesterol issues)

For a large egg 4.5 g protein and 80 Kcal, thats 400 Kcal in total and 22.5g protein. A good whey will be less than 120 kcal for around 24 g of protein. Please don't misslead people.

I choose both. I start my day with whey protein since it is morning and I'm lazy to cook eggs and eat it so simple I make protein shake with banana and almonds. And then I go for workout after 30 mins afterwards I eat so called post workout eggs(4-5 whole) and toast
