Astrology Forecast for November 2024

A look ahead at the astrological forecast for November 2024, with astrologers Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock.

We spend the first hour talking about news and events since our last forecast, and then in the second hour we transition into talking about the astrology of November.

This month opens with a tense Mars-Pluto opposition that coincides with an optimistic Venus-Jupiter opposition, and then by later in the month there is a surprising Full Moon in Taurus conjunct Uranus.

Saturn slows down and stations direct in the watery sign of Pisces, while Pluto departs from Capricorn and makes it final ingress into futuristic Aquarius where it will stay for the next two decades.

By the end of the month Mercury slows down and stations retrograde while squaring a misleading Neptune, and this configuration leads us into the drama of the Mars retrograde station in Leo that happens in early December.

My phone was on mute but I could still hear Chris in my head as he opened with his usual, "Hi, my name is Chris Brennan and you're listening to The Astrology Podcast." More reliable and consistent than any other man in my life 🙏😂

At 22:22- I'm an Asheville resident, meteorologist, and astrologer. My friend worked at that IV fluid bags factory and he warned us that it's gonna cause a huge supply chain ripple effect over the next year.

Also, our city's plumbing (scorpio) has been overdue for repairs for YEARS and is highly stressed by years of overuse by a tourism industry that doesn't contribute money (uranus in taurus trine to pluto in capricorn) to the infrastructure it uses. This was the perfect planetary, atmospheric, and political storm to case a water crisis. There are still people without power, my tap water is still murky and smell and on a boil water advisory. We still can't drink, and hesitate to bathe in or wash with, the water.

I think Neptune in Pisces opposite Mercury in Virgo had a huge influence on the way this storm affected the logistics of water safety.

Having watched this before Nov. 5th, I'm now carefully trying to temper my anxiety by having some trust in the astrology, in the idea that the story isn't quite over, whatever shape history is taking us down in these next weeks. Very shaky feeling as it's past midnight here and I don't see how these patterns can play out, yet I want to not wade entirely into despair for everyone. But very curious to see what unravels.
