Here are the steps to add a penalty stroke to a hole through Arccos Caddie.
1. Navigate to the hole you'd like to edit
2. Select "Edit" in the bottom right-hand corner
3. Select the appropriate shot tag (it'll be completely green)
4. Select "Penalty" at the bottom
5. Add the appropriate penalty
6. Tap "Done"
