There's tons of "concrete" evidence

I wonder if Jim and Poot are still “honored” to represent Alex. From what I’ve heard about Judge Newman, he won’t let the jury off too easily if hung, a local said today that he’s known to hold juries to push for a verdict. I’m anxiously awaiting the rebuttal, and hoping that creighton brings it home!

What more "hard" evidence do people want? Video of him doing it? There's loads of compelling, irrefutable evidence that he did it, and only he could have have done it

28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

There's reasonable doubt. Reasonable doubt doesn't mean he didn't commit the crime. It just means the state hasn't proved their case.
