LATTC -- Kanye West Speaks To Fashion Students

Kanye West came to the LATTC Gold Thimble fashion show in 2015 after guest-teaching classes during the semester, and shared some inspiring words for graduates. Always ready to grab the mic, the controversial rapper spoke to the graduating class about obstacles they will face upon entering the working world.

"It's a tough world out there. You're going to prepare yourself for politics, bad bosses, hating employees ,and usually when you're the absolute best, you get hated on the most," he shared in the speech. "Even for me, as a successful musician, in order to make the transition it was really all but impossible. People always try to box you in to what they know you best for."

Lol, regarding co-workers some of them do not work, the sit around gossiping(sometimes in a foreign language), there are talking on the phone all day, commenting about a person;s hair style, not being dressed up, etc. They get paid for not working!
