Thanks for the heads-up and all the videos about the RetroTink products. It helped me to make a decision, so I've ordered a RetroTink 5x Pro and the 2x Mini as a backup. I currently play my retro systems on a CRT, but these gadgets are a great way to play them on a modern tv just in case my CRT decides to die on me 😅👍

This is a great product. 100% worth the price of admission and works with all retro consoles. Do these come with the updated firmware to support triple buffering? Because Majora's Mask has an issue with one of the Notebook screens and I think this may have been a limitation at one point.

Due to the shortage, i opted for the ElectronShepard Xbox2HDMI converter. I've been experiencing input lag from the ogx360 when using emulators. Can't figure if its the ogx360, the Xbox2HDMI, or my Samsung led 42.

The retrotink eliminate this issue? or is it my display? itvhas that clear motion feature, i noticed that if i switch it to game mode everything is wack. Screen tearing but no inputlag. I haven't noticed lag during xbox gameplay just only during emulation.

I have the 2x Mini and while it works with the consoles (N64 and Saturn), I'm trying to get the VHS Player to go through but the yellow light on the Mini keeps flashing as if it's trying to get a set resolution even though I tried to set a single resolution in the capture windows in OBS and the AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K capture card. With the game consoles, it's fine but does the VCR connection need to have the "pass-thru" 1.2 update for the Mini or do I need to connect something else between the VCR and the Mini or is it just the VCR? There's no S-Video output on the VCR so I can't even use that.

Would this be good for laserdisc? Seeing lots of conflicting information, would it output an upscaled signal which is the native aspect ratio of 4:3? Thanks!
