I need to replace the lube on the drain cause it got sawdust on it, what type of lube can i use?

any install tips if you don't have access to the pluming underneath the tub? It is below the floor and no access from below as it's a finished room underneath. Not sure how to connect the drain kit to the existing PVC drain piping after the flooring is installed.
