This video shows the new dynamic lighting in the Bloxel engine. As you might be able to tell, it's not completely done yet, and some tweaking is in order.

Bloxel is a very flexible voxel engine written in C++. In this video, the XNA framework was used to render the terrain. The engine aims to be lean and fast, allows for plug-ins, and is very flexible. It can use a variety of algorithms to generate the terrain mesh; in this video, Dual Contouring was used to generate the terrain mesh.
