Sowore Carpets MFM Founder Olukoya Over Libel Suits

On Tuesday, Presidential Aspirant Omoyele Sowore while addressing supporters sets his sights on MFM Founder Dr. Daniel Olukoya opening a first salvo against him over his reports on the pastor's shenanigans and the libel suit filed against Saharareporters. He hits out at the religious cabals in Nigeria calling them businessmen.

May the Good Lord continue to marvellously bless and protect Dr DK Olukoya for me and my family. The one man of God who has taught me to PRAY, FAST and READ The WORD GOD and it has worked. To God be the Glory ....we seriously love you in the US, the UK ..all European countries and all other African countries ...I'm pretty sure there are millions of people loving you too in Nigeria. Just so you know G. Overseer...that in the time of JESUS people denied Him..we are not surprised...they cooked up strories about JESUS that He'd claimed to be the Son of GOD ...until He was crucified. To my brothers and sisters in MFM, don't b/cos of issue between sowore and Olukoya make up your mind that you won't vote for him next year.The church is within the country, Nigeria.A pastor doesn't determine the economic well-being of a country but a good president does.So make up your mind to be part of history by changing the era of bad politicians with no good plans for Nigeria and the Nigerian people. Biblically, Jesus was accused of committing a blasphemy, but never called God's angels to defend him.He was brought before Pilate but remained speechless even when Peter was defending HIM by cutting off one of the ears of one of the armies.He told peter that if I have wanted to defend myself I would have called down the angels from heaven to do so.David also, from the old testament never avenged himself of Saul even when he had opportuinity to do so but said how should I lay my hands on God's anointed.If Sowore has wrongly reported on the pastor I think the best response should be silence or called him to an open place and talk it out.If politicians sue themselves in law court and people of the world do the same, such is not expected of pastor who claimed to have been called by God who is able as in much able to defend HIMSELF.Remember that CHRIST said that except your righteousness shall exceed the ones of scribes and pharisees ye shall in no wise enter into heaven.No matter the prayers a pastor makes without a good leadership at the corridor of power, the result would be what we are witnessing in the country.While you stand with a pastor, he will not pay your bills for you nor give your children education they deserve or medical attention.Pls, don't make that mistake of voting your enemies back into power I mean PDP and APC who are ready to suck your blood, eat your flesh and break your bones at their arrival.Be mindful of your future and of your children.A good and decent life is your right.A word is enough for the wise.

A Man of God is NOT God, he is a servant of God.
I really don't know what the real story is BUT I know Dr. Olukoya to be different from what is being portrayed here.
People need to understand that when you are the overseer, you take the brunt for things you didn't do that probably was done in the name of your organization or Church. It is sad that you can't control People's character, neither can you know what is done everywhere as a Leader but you are made liable.
Dr. Olukoya is a very simple, humble Man and I know that he will never do such things. There are different assistant General Overseers in MFM and they make decisions too. Dr Olukoya will NEVER curse anyone regardless of what they do, he is not like that!
It is unfortunate that whatever is done right or wrong has to come back to him but he is a good Person with the zeal to serve God.
I won't be surprised if the People or Person who asked Mr. Sowore to see Dr Olukoya did it on their own volitions just to quell the problem or they informed him in a different way. Dr Olukoya has too many things on his plate to know what is happening in all the branches including Maryland. He is a man that you will see in a 500 Naira ($2) shirt and 300 trousers with ripped sandals but he is ready to assist anyone financially. He has his business as a Microbiologist and he also writes books.
I would have wished for Mr. Sowore to have gone to see Dr. Olukoya to verify if it is true that he is aware or not.
I like calling a spade a spade whether Pastor or not because God Almighty is The Highest Authority and HE will bring EVERYTHING into judgement including every hidden thing, whether good or bad.
If there was a concrete evidence to back this accusations, it would have been different but these allegations does NOT point straight at him and this is not an allegation but assumptions.

I love Sowore so much and i have been campaigning for him. But after criticizing a man of God like Olukoya whom God used to help me, my wife, relatives, and friends, the truth is that Sowore has lost my vote and my campaign for him. I was hoping this news was not true. I am not an MFM member but no war has ever succeeded against MFM. Officially, my Sowore has lost. I say it painfully. I have lost interest in him. Only a foolish candidate will speak against a church that has a great followership in an election year.

If we Nigerians would love Nigeria as a country instead of individual likenesses the country would have been first in the world.
