Ather Energy has been delivering high performance electric scootering for years with the 450 and then the 450X. Hence, when the 450X Gen 3 was announced and the specs were revealed, it didn’t seem like a significant step-up from the Gen 2. So, does it deserve to be called the Gen 3? We have ridden the updated scooter along with its predecessor and in this video, here’s where it is better and where there’s still room for improvement for the e-scooter.

You should take all the EV Scooters like 450 gen3, S1 Pro (after Move OS 3), Hero Vida V1 Pro and Simple One together for a long drive or track ride but at same city speeds to do a comprehensive range test. All on a video livestream so that your objectivity is not questioned. It will be a hit video and very informative for new EV buyers.

The range got is not practical the range we get normally is 80-90km+ only
The reason is there is daily battery drop like 3% in Ather or any other Ev due to Bluetooth e sim n GPS etc

As large battery is under floor board, does legs touch hande bar while turning, is it comfortable for tall person. Please do one video on what are different motors like hub, belt driven, and side motor with their advantages.

Completely fake video you should write paid video. 142 on Ather is almost to impossible. If yes prepare detailed range test video.
Even ather will not beleive the range you have mentioned.
Everything in ather is a bubble a quality product and all.

Specially it has poor build quality.
Good quality bis a big myth

For confirmation Build quality see plug in India review
Paint is getting removed within six months
Poor paint quality.
Screws are getting rusty.
Bad material use
Color vanishes on buttons.
Now they are admitting maps were getting lag in Gen 2.

In any ather gen 2 review video none of the owners admitted that there was a lag in maps you check in youtube. I mean noone has acknowledged that there was a lag in maps so ather owners and ather company both are fake and not trustworthy they provide fake user feedback. Infact no youtubers has also expose that so you can say how ather is protecting there brand by hiding all of its negatives. Social media is partial and not honest in ather reviews

His CEO commits battery life increase to 20% in Gen 3 if they believe so why not to increase there battery warranty to 20% more. This also confirmed that whatever they commit is a fake commitment and they are not trustworthy 👎👎👎

Don't know anyone noticed or not, I rode both evs like ola and ather the main difference was if you are riding ather and put brakes slightly it doesn't disconnect power to motor but in ola if your use brakes the motor suddenly stops, it has beneffits when you are riding in traffic.

Why no one is talking about Ather is looting customers in the name of performance upgrade. For the exact same model they are charging fcuking 21000 just to unlock battery usability by just 0.64kw ???? Cost of a charger is 20, 000rs which is absolute nonsense. Hit like if anyone else feels the same.
No doubt Ather is The Best in current market but this is too much in the name of tech.

The Gen 2 owners can put in the new tyres from Gen 3, but at what cost..? Wouldn't it effect the range..?

I heard build quality was not good while comparing to gen 2 or gen 1.5. Gen 3 build quality was not good. Easy breakable if fall down...
Any update on this ?

This vehicle must not cost anything more than 120K on road price, IF the Government Subsidy is GENUINELY passed on to the customer. At the moment, nearly all the popular manufacturers of these scooters are conveniently POCKETING the government subsidy, by ATROCIOUSLY raising their base prices to RIDICULOUSLY insane/unjustifiable levels. The Government needs to step in and evaluate the pricing structure of all these vehicles and ensure that the Subsidy reaches the end user and NOT into the pockets of these avaricious manufacturers, who are out to make a fast buck.

they are getting subsidy for 3.9kwh in 450+ but giving consumer less than 3kwh, which is pathetic, they are just incresing price for gulping fame subsidy in name of new model,
