The Dremel 3100 is a variable speed rotary tool kit made right for you. With a 1.2 AMP motor, it is ideal for all of your DIY projects, big or small. Now 10% cooler than the Dremel 3000, experience improved cooling for consistent, top-notch performance thanks to airflow vents that effectively prevent heat from building up. Made from recycled plastic, the Dremel 3100 is here to help you effortlessly handle any project.

To get started, explore different grip options to find what feels most comfortable to you. Then, insert an accessory by holding down the lock shaft button and loosening the collet nut. Insert the accessory shaft into the collet, leaving about 1/4th of the shank exposed. While still holding down the lock shaft button, tighten the collet nut by hand and use the EZ-Twist nose cap for the final snug fit. Screw back into place and you are ready to operate your tool.
