There is a person who lives near me that desperately needs mood stabilizers. He's been terrorizing the apt complex repeatedly, spying on everyone online, freaking out when he perceived something as about him, and disrupting our necessary supplies.

At this point, he does not have any friends. He used me to hide behind and is unable to even get an apartment in his name.

They work in the same way as a straight jacket is a movement stabiliser and the branks is a speech stabiliser.

No one told me any of this. One of the meds my doctor ripped me off was 1500mg Depakote and no one ever did blood tests.

Perfect video to share with my clients who don't understand what mood stabilizers are for. Thank you for your brief and educational video.

I'm getting frustrated, because I've been in almost constant mood episodes for a year (with some short breaks in between SOME episodes) and when I see my psychiatrist, she's always like, "Well, you seem okay right now, so let's not change anything." I've been on the same mood stabilizer since 2021, and it's the only medication of that type I've ever been on, because I was misdiagnosed for years and no one knew I needed it. Last time I saw my psychiatrist, I was hypomanic and didn't know it, so of course I said I was fine and nothing was changed. Then it got worse and I approached full blown mania. Then it turned into a mixed episode, and that's what I'm still dealing with right now. I've spent almost all my money, I had problems with SH for a while, had seriously bad thoughts about life and wanting to not be alive, my paranoia is coming back, and on and on and on, and at this point I keep thinking, well, this is probably just the way my life is from now on because I can't see a way out of it. I keep taking the meds every day and haven't missed any, but I know they don't work anymore.

Oft noted but seldcom discussed is the phenomenon of schizophrenics being habitual smokers. In my own experience as one with PSSD and
benzo injury tobacco has served as an excellent mood stabilizer, serving to put down the anger with a degree of efficacy unmatched. And yet
the song "Puff the magic Dragon" and the prevalence of tobacco in the rituals of the witchcraft of Santeria I've been given to believe that on
a metaphysical level the drug confers a curse. And this is a curse that by way of quitting I'm having to reverse. A pity. And yet hope is on the
horizon because I've also found per the oft forgotten aphorism of Hippocrates--"show me a fever and I'll show you a cure..."--the use of heat therapy
as medicine far better serves the purpose. Specifically a quick round of aerobic exercise followed by a stout session in a super-heated hot tub
featuring emphasis on the head itself accompanied by a dose of epsom salt in the mouth serves both to confer a most helpful sedative effect
right before bed, but works also as a most effective mood stabilizer. With benefits to over-all health that big pharma per its coercive animosity
toward any intervention that they themselves can not monopolize via a patent would like to have us forget, I can not possibly emphasize the
importance of this approach to any and all who would like to beat the devil at his own game. The hot tub industry having chosen designs
that preclude the proper application of heat therapy as described, I've had to design and build my own rendition of the modality. Going through
the final setps of completing my latest rendition of my own design, I've got high hopes of making progress. And I much urge others to consider
this approach as in my experience the benefits accrued by way of the nightly ritual as described are enormous, this both in the physical and
quite evidently the metaphysical as well. Because too many of us with brain injuries end up hooked on deleterious substances, and that is
just not right. Author Mordecai Cook in his 19th century classic "The Seven Sisters of Sleep" posited a theory of addiction whereby stress
induces a characteristic brain injury that in turn undermines sleep efficiency, this theory subsequently confirmed by the work of stress-researcher
Robert Sapolsky per his work "Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers." There's a robust body of research, albeit it disparate and lacking formalized
integration, that would appear to affirm the claim that I'm making regarding aerobics, heat, salt and sleep as a nightly regimen. But since
this approach runs directly counter to the interests of our Jesuit masters as the true power behind the autnoritarian hierarchy of Medici-sin,
it's not likely ever to receive either the funding or attention it deserves. In the deeper literature per the works of renown sociologist Michel
Foucault the institution in question as born of a flagrantly Satanic covenant goes by the name of "the medical-juridical complex."
This as a parallel to Ike Eisenhowers identified menace of a similar nomenclature--the military-industrial complex, " if there's one thing
that big pharrma as the Master profiteering interest enthroned on high per the dictatorship of the W.H.O., can not stand is the idea of
an informed public properly armed with the means and methodology required so as to put a stop to the present day, record levels
of chronic disease and disability now afflicting human populations. It's bad for profits, that is to say bad from the vantage point of
the prophets of doom who would wish to see us all enslaved in this way. In econimic theory the concept of "market failure" derives
from "imperfect information" whereby the dictate of caveat emptor should see us all sounding the alarm with regard to the emergence
of such flagrantly genocidal manifestations of the ever dreaded "perverse incentive." Adam Smith as the architect of neo-classicical
economics spoke in lofty and religious terms of the work of "the hidden hand." A divine manifestation perhaps at times, but when
it comes to the management of the public health it's the hand of the devil himself, madly groping and working its way up our
collective ass. Beeware then of those who seek to beguile the gullible. Bee-cause when it comes to our bee-leafs as bottom
feeders in the bee-hive, it's the honey that is the money, and the spilling of innocent blood that seals the deal. As if anyone
will so much as read this entry, the new norm-hole heeds not the warnings of the true prophets, but instead opts to capitulate
to so as to provide profits to those who merit them the least.

I’d say lamorrigine is like a limiter on a car engine. It doesn’t allow you to reach top RPMs and it doesn’t allow you to go under RPM either. Just keeps you in a +/- 10% range of average.
