I have been struggling so badly with not being able to focus during school time. Thanks for posting this video!

I have a visual timer on my phone that I use for my kiddos. It’s very useful when we’re out and about.

I am very easily distracted and have been trying to be more organised. I tried the alarms - those alarms going off gave me anxiety.

Found that keeping our days simple has helpd. I block schedule and loop subjects.

The Motivated Mom homemaking planner has helped me keep on top of the housework.

Personally, I considered my ultimate responsibility of being mentally present with my teens. For that reason, I always carry a notebook, wherever we go. That allows me to write down great ideas that I can review in the evening. Rule #1: BE HERE NOW. It's also great for relationships.

I almost laughed that you posted this today....I was JUST talking to my husband about how much I'm struggling with this. I've been using downtime on my phone but today I just left it out of the school room entirely and we got SO much more done. (I also went to sleep earlier, got up earlier, and got started earlier...amazing how that helps lol.) I feel like my biggest thing is I just don't know what our "schedule"/routine should be....I just want someone else to make one for me so I can try to stick to it. 🤣 We have a visual timer just like yours but it's finicky....sometimes it will count down but never move the last tiny bit that makes the alarm actually go off. I need to start setting timers for sure. Could you share sometime what your daily schedule looks like? Like how many hours you do school with your kids and where you fit in time to clean the house, do laundry, etc? I have a lot of the same things as you: a similar lists app (I use AnyList), a dry erase board, and a paper planner. I use one from Passionate Penny Pincher because it has a lot of house tasks included in it. I like being told what to clean when lol but I haven't been doing a great job of checking it all off....sometimes makes me feel more scattered because I feel like I'm working nonstop everyday yet unable to check off very much...
