1. play with said puppy for 10 mins then leave the room :)
2. give said puppy food/ treats near bed time :)

So, a tip for your dog is: Stick to a consistent routine: Dogs thrive on routine and structure. Try to establish a consistent bedtime routine, which can include going for a walk, giving them dinner, and spending some quiet time with them before bed. Hope this helped!
