Is it just me or did that Lambo break early? Because it was winning and unless the race was already over and the finish line was where he stopped he would’ve won. Huracan all the way though! Nothin against Ferrari’s but the Huracan has the potential to beat any car.

This is a little silly. Neither of these hyper expensive Italian cars is made for drag racing. Until recently I drove a Toyota Supra Turbo. In some ways it was superior to either of these two. I could take off the top for example. You could also buy an add-on turbo kit online for $500 that would boost the horsepower to 500 hp. Not enough? You could spend some more and get a kit that yielded 1, 000 hp. There is a video on Youtube somewhere of someone who has a 2, 000 hp Supra. He built it for drag racing. I don't think you can get a standard kit for a Supra at that power level.

In Japan they do drag racing with Toyota Supra's and various Nissan's. A relatively simple and cheap drag machine can be had that will blow these Italians away. Why? because the Italians are sports cars - not race cars - and they are optimized for road racing not drag racing. I've attended performances of Nureyev dancing and Pavarotti singing. I never wanted to see Pavarotti dance.
