I'm sure I'm not the first one to suggest this but using lemon grass to wrap fish in lemon grass after a couple of slabs of butter in organ cavity and any other liquids and marinade for a couple of hours then onto grill. Scrumptious!!!

This is great. Thanks for showing how to actually extract the grass from the ground. Most videos start with cutting the lemon grass in the kitchen and I’m sitting there scratching my hear wondering what the proper way is to extract the lemon grass. Thnx for showing this step, now if only you could show how to properly extract una de gato plant!
