We Tried Catching Crawfish In The Caribbean (Not What We Expected)

We're in St. Vincent doing something we've never done before! After sailing 200 nautical miles from Antigua, we’re exploring the Marriaqua Valley Valley with Loren from Barefoot Yacht Charter's Driftwood Restaurant.
Our mission: to catch enough crawfish and gather ingredients for a traditional Caribbean soup. It's tough work, but the reward is worth it!
We'll also forage for root tubers and taro leaves, learning about local plants along the way. Cooking our freshly caught crawfish and harvested ingredients provides a delicious glimpse into Saint Vincent’s vibrant culture.
