Ball park… nope. I bought some land with an abandoned double wide. The thing sat for 5 years. No electricity. Still food in the fridge. There was a pack of ball park hot dogs that were in perfect condition, I could have put them on the shelf at Publix and no one would have known. Expired in December 2015. 😮
