The version heard in the trailer is a custom mix of this song made by Ninja Tracks. It has yet to be released.

UPDATE 6/2: Sadly, the trailer version did not make the film's soundtrack release. And when asked for a release on Facebook, Ninja Tracks stated:
"We really love this cue too, however, because it's a remix, there are things that prevent us from legally releasing it, or posting it. Hopefully one day we can work something out to get it released, but it seems unlikely."

This movie was a fantastic metaphor for the struggles we deal with in life. Everyday Tom had to fight for his life, and become better than he was the day before. The sentence "This is not the end" repeating through our heads as we study to graduate, work to feed our family, train to become athletes, pushing us to not give up.
Keep fighting the constant battle, become better, overcome the struggles ahead, don't quit!

This music is like.... Being on the front lines of a war for survival and your looking around you and seeing your brothers who you have been through hell with dying around you.... And your hopelessly outnumbered but you fight to the last breath regardless and there's a tone in the music which gives you the feeling you succeed even if your life was needed. I love music like this....
