Everyone Is Afraid of Him, Because He Is The Son of Evil

Welcome to Movie Shortens. When his wife, Katherine (Lee Remick), gives birth to a stillborn child, American Ambassador Robert (Gregory Peck) adopts Damien (Harvey Stephens) and hides the truth from his wife. Father Brennan (Patrick Troughton) warns Robert that Damien will kill Katherine's unborn child when Damien's first nanny dies suspiciously. Brennan dies soon after, and Katherine has a miscarriage after Damien pushes her from a balcony. As more individuals close to Damien die, Robert looks into his adoptive son's background and takes action to stop the cruelty.

Fun fact: The person who played Damien in this film, Harvey Spencer Stephens actually attacked Richard Donner, the director of this film during auditions. Afterwards, he had his hair dyed black and that’s how he got the role.

8:59 - for a long time I had doubts if he really did die in this scene, but I personally prefer the idea of him dying from exhaustion after writing down that place's name. This combined with his wounds from the fire.
