The update 6 for Banban makes the pancreas thing make sense, since the pancreas is responsible for things like insulin and digestion and the new Gv gave them extreme stomach pain. He was just trying to get the hormones and chemicals that the pancreas makes to try to fix himself.

I truly love this game because you *never* know what to expect with it. We somehow went from a lackluster Poppy Playtime clone to something they “kinda” tried on to… literally a fever dream. Honestly can’t wait to see this devolve further into insanity.
