I had my hikes transferred from view ranger to outdooractive, now I cannot access any of my hikes. why did this happen.

At 0:53 vid asks if you want to plan your route but then goes onto show searching/filtering routes presumably created by others. I would expect it to show you how you plot a route, which I have to say is far more intuitive than the awful method used by Komoot
