I've always found mirror glaze cakes quite mesmerising, and in today's tutorial I'm going to be showing you guys how you can make one of these mesmerising cakes yourself! Also, when it comes to pouring the glaze on the cake, you can stop at any point (or keep going until you're happy with the look - which is what I did 😂). Any remaining glaze can be kept in the fridge and heated up when you want to use it next :)

Ingredients:
- 1½ Cups (300g) White Granulated Sugar
- ⅔ Cup (200g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ½ Cup (118g) Water (to be mixed at the beginning with the condensed milk and sugar)
- 2 Tablespoons (19g) Gelatin Powder
- ½ Cup (125 ml) Water (for blooming the gelatin)
- 2 Cups and 1 tablespoon (360g) White Chocolate Chips
- Gel Food Coloring
