How is your SM7B so quiet? I get noticeable white noise/hiss even with a cloudlifter, same without thought, going into an apollo twin x. Anything you've experienced? Especially when boosting a bit of highs in post with a little bit of compression.

I had bought the cloud lifter with my Motu M4 audio interface but now my voice distorts digitally. If I don't max my audio input, no one can hear me, even with the cloud lifter. :(
