A quick test
The glitch doesn't work for bows, crossbows, sorceries, miracles and pyromancies. It works for every weapons, bare fist, torch, pyromancy flame, catalysts, chimes, talismans and shields.
I guess a lot one-shot builds from toaday! lol

That's cute. Though it seems like the buff is very weak when you do the swap...or buffs are just that bad.

If you buff a catalyst like this then use the buffed catalyst to buff a weapon does it increase the weapons buff damage?

so will this only work with buffs, or do resins work too?
