FRIED ZUCCHINI PASTA!!! #shorts #short

My recipe is not complicated
But it’s all about technique
Make sure to fry your zucchini 1/4 inch chips a day before
Wrap in a bowl and place in the refrigerator
When heating the zucchini add a little EVOO and mash the zucchini on medium heat
Add pasta water to create a sauce
Add in your minced garlic after you’ve created the sauce and 1/3 stick of salted butter
Add some fresh torn basil
Always add your pasta in 2 minutes shy of being firm
Let the pasta cook along with the sauce to thicken it up
Add some pasta water to emulsify
- 8 Ounces of Spaghetti
- fresh torn basil
- 3 large zucchini
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/3 stick to salted butter
