Early Game Guide (things I learned):
1 - Always pick Golden Tower as soon as able. It's the most important thing in the entire game, by a long shot. Black Hole is 2nd most important, but more important that that is... Golden Tower Upgrades.
2 - Focus on getting all 5 Labs going. The 5th lab is 3000 gems, but it's extremely important to get all 5 labs going. Much more important than cards or anything else.
3 - In your labs, #1 priority is + Game Speed, then + Lab Speed, then + Coins per Kill. You can read about the others on the wiki but you get the idea. Damage = killing faster = more coins, and so on. You should be researching Lab Speed always forever until done.
4 - After a period of time, getting the Perk upgrade is a massive leap forward. The effect of Perks is EXTREMELY high for the amount you need to spend on them, as you'll see in the upgrades below.
5 - After a couple months, a MASSIVE leap forward is spending 1Billion on Enemy Level Skips. If you are currently able to get to Wave 4500 on T1, this upgrade should add 2500+ waves to your run.

6 - Super Important Researches that might not be so obvious because they're a fantastic deal (in brackets, how many you should get soonish, until they get too pricey)

Modules - Reroll Shards (10 lvls-ish): You will get Modules. When you do, the "Reroll Shards" research option becomes available. You should get this to about Lvl 10 sooner rather than later, because you will need thousands and thousnads of Reroll Shards, and this upgrade is massive. A T1 boss normally drops 1 Reroll Shard, but a single upgrade to this will change that to 2 Reroll Shards, doubling it. Two upgrades? 3 Shards. You get the idea.
Attacks - Light Speed Shots (1 lvl): Just get this right away when you can.
Perks - First Perk Choice (1 lvl): Lets you choose the first perk you get. You should always pick the "20% cheaper perks" option, so you get more perks much faster.
Perks - Perk Option Quantity (2 lvls): Getting the first one is huge. It increases your Perk options from 2 to 3. Next one is very expensive, but it increases it from 3 to 4.
Perks - Wave Requirements (10 lvls): Get perks faster! Important!
Perks - Standard Perks Bonus (10 lvls): Perks more effective! Important!
UWs - Golden Tower Upgrades (try and get 10 lvls right away): These upgrades are about the same effect as spending triangles, but these cost coins which you can actually get.

At some point, maybe 3 months in after you've had a chance to get many of the things above, your 5 labs should look like:
1 - Lab Speed (get to lvl 99)
2 - Coins per Kill (get to lvl 99)
3, 4, 5 - Workshop Attack / Defense / Utility Discount (get to lvl 50ish)
then 3, 4, 5 - Damage, Attack Speed, you know by now what to get.

7 - Medals.
Only buy "Coin Upgrade 150 / 250 cost" enhancements and Relics with Medals. Save every extra Medal you have until you have about 500. Why? Because the game re-releases older relics to purchase, and ALL the Relics are permanent upgrades, some of which offer such huge improvements at a very minor cost. So, keep a "slush fund" of Medals for when the game releases more.

That's some of the random things I've learned that are sometimes not so obvious.

Hey man, thats not rant! I love ur guides and it helped me to get to a point where i am! But want to help as well so i feel like your guides are helpful but most of new players (me including) would love some progression step by step guide.
Ive read over 50 reddit new players question topics also talked with some on discord (im my self 1 month old player).

What i mean by that?
- More precisly order of spending coins in workshop, as for old player its really a fact what to go, for new players its not. (eg. focus on pure health and def for first 50 or 100 upgardes, then focus on att speed and utility effect etc. List end quite fast since after some points u got all but 5/6k'ers fully maxed). Then at this point, invest all into health or damage to finish t1 4500?

- Good idea would be workshop spending tiers per coins spend, how should workshop look like at 500k/5m/50m/200m/500m/1b lifetime. As i think theres tools to let emulate that, to be honest that would help players SO MUCH, so they know what to aim at what point of game they are.

- Labs, even if thats really well said still some points are missing, at what point buy lightspeed bullets? garlic thorns? Theres some key features that are imporant but hard to fit due to half of it should be "perma"

I used chatgpt to help me sync my UWs without multiverse nexus. It was so simple I was mind blown. To sync Golden Tower, BlackHole and DeathWave, simply reduce BH cooldown by 50 seconds and it will go from 6 full syncs/hr to 12 full syncs/hr (game hr)
