Fascinating! I really enjoyed this one. I'm intrigued by older cars, especially unusual ones, and here in the USA the Volga is practically unknown. By the way, check the Jay Leno's Garage channel; he has a rather nice Volga in his collection in California. Thanks again!

Despite it being extremely dated by the year of this model (1967), I still have a lot of respect for this car. Given the limited choice at the time as well as other cars offered, this was a nice and respectable car. My country didn't get Volga. And we didn't get Lada until 1979. Even then, they left in 1998

Very nice. Awesome Car.
But these two carburetors, the intake bridge and this intake housing are not original parts.
This "double carburated" the gaz has to have significantly more horsepowers (and more fuel consumption too ;) ).
