The work that the bask stage crew and the camera people need to do all through the night is actually crazy, they also only get one shot. Imagine a tough day at work especially if you’re dealing with electric stuff or fire works, now take that day times it by ten do it at 8 o clock at night in front of 60 thousand plus ppl and to be seen on tv (the work) love so it has to be perfect first time … when you think about it really, it’s actually crazy .

Not producers lol. Producer is the name they now use for what called an agent. They are veterans who help the talent put their matches together
