Make your own DIY Soda Mix (aka Syrup) for Sodasream

Pro tip: I add about 2-3 caps full of vanilla extract to the syrup. 2 will not add much flavor but it will smooth out the aftertaste of the Sucralose. 3 will add a hint of vanilla flavor, great with the cherry soda. I've started to get away from the snow cone concentrate, to much propylene glycol. I've taken a shine to 100% unsweetened Cherry juice as a substitute to your recipe.

As A diabetic who can't have sugar. I use a teaspoon of Lime juice. Lime flavor bubbly $5.99 Lime juice bottle from store $0.99.

So what are the measurements for the water? You have a glass of water and say put some of the water in this one and some in that one. Then later you say you are going to add more water. Also how much of your made syrup do you use per liter of sodatream water? Thanks

There are flavored water-style, and thicker syrup-style mixes available for the Sodastream. Would you say this produces something closer to the syrup? Thanks for the video!

It's so strange that America has powdered soft drinks and doesn't have concentrated squash (liquid) like the rest of the world. We just fizz the bottle then pour in the squash, or just straight from the water tap. There's no powdered drinks to flavour water.

Personally, just plain commercial juice does the job.

Already ordinary orange juice will make carbonated water taste like Orangina™ without the heavy sugar! 😀

Did you add the citric?? I laughed you need to remove glasses to read print lol, farsighted I'll assume, use dmso in saline repair those weak eyes, I'm twice you age, and nearly fixed my sight in 6 months, study it, and I'm not a Dr Pepper 👀
