Taken from North & South Book 2, an ABC mini-series that I have three parts of. This aired locally on WTEN (channel 10) in Albany, NY. Also Channel 37 has a commercial break from the same day on his channel.

WTEN was a few months away from changing logos, which happened alongside ABC's Liberty Weekend coverage. The ID that appears in the thumbnail was actually used a few months into the new logo, but it doesn't have the old logo on it so not too much of a problem. The 1984 look was good, but it did get dated quickly.

(C) 1986 Knight-Ridder Broadcasting; WTEN is now owned by Nexstar Media Group. All rights go to their respective owners, same for the advertisements. For educational and historical purposes only. We don't profit off this video.

What is the Dial lady saying at 1:33? What does the guy wish he was?

Also, what a time the 80s were. Women crossing whole train cars to shoot their shot with men. Also, there were trains. Nothing about this would happen in today's America.

I have this same broadcast recorded from WNWO in Toledo back when it was an ABC affiliate.
