My own hair growth progress and success, I myself followed this daily regimen:
Take early morning sunshine every day for essential vitamin D. Consume veggies of various colours. Applying paraben and fragrance free hair shampoo and gently massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra cocooonion oil. Imp. to remember that hair growth is influenced by general health as well as circulation and nutrition.

Here are my tips & tricks that helped me to regrow my lost hair:
a. Avoid excess heat products on your hair & scalp,
b. Keep your scalp clean,
c. Apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra,
d. Use coco onion oil on a consistent basis,
e. Go for a homemade hair mask,
f. Avoid combing on a wet hair,
g. Take adequate diet plan & prefer home foods only, and avoid outside foods like fried foods, oily foods, bakery items etc.,
