I feel like this performance doesn't do Matthew justice; he was just so amazing live, and I think part of that is because of the music. In the actual play it's not so upbeat and all that; it's more stripped down, just a flute and piano, maybe a guitar, and you can focus on Matthew's voice. it's really amazing

i saw the musical and honestly Kevin Kern who was jm barrie the night i saw it was so so amazing and he fit the roll of jm barrie alot more then morrison nothing against him he did an amazing job too but i feel that kevin kern just fit the role alot better so if you go to see the play and see that kevin kern is jm barrie instead of morrison dont be sad trust me it will blow your mind even more

This disappointed me, I wasn't happy that they changed from Jeremy but I was holding out hope and this performance ruined it. He sounds so flat. I felt like this performance lacked any dynamic elements, especially in tone, which is one of the things I love about Jeremy.

duh feck was that? even though JJ killed it in boston, i don't mind that MM is taking over because he is normally a great performer, but this video is terrible. also, looks like j. hud finally learned all the words.
