How to decode an Enigma machine

this video should be getting more views and hits. I had been searching all over for an example of how an enigma machine was used to decrypt a message. most videos just explain how it was encrypted then go on to say "to decrypt, you need a machine set up in the same way" but seeing the demonstration of OK -> RZ and then RZ -> OK was exactly what I was looking for.

I did it in Python, completeley soemthing seems wrong because I can encode but when I try to decode then I don't get the orginal message, still investigating
