As a clint main myself, I won't suggest thunderbelt because the stats are decreased by 50%.

Really like hunters strike on Clint as a fellow Clint main myself cause aside the bonus penetration it gives it allows Clint to reposition especially if he needs to avoid skills, run, or potentially chase enemies.

With that build you can just remove the boots and replace it with sky piercer since you already have enough movement speed

TB would've been good pre nerf because it didn't base the damage on the extra defense stats and marksmen only benefit 50% of that damage. Since TB has been nerfed now, it's even more inefficient. I would rather just rush endless battle instead and use common emblem to solve the mana regen problems and the common emblem also gives around 200+ health. After that I'll just go sky piercer for the movespeed boost.
